Who we are

I’m Sonia Nash, the founder and lead consultant at NashMind Consulting Ltd, with over 15 years of experience helping organisations transform how they work. My background spans finance, procurement and IT, where I’ve led and supported complex transformation initiatives across a range of industries, from manufacturing and consumer goods to entertainment and public sector.

Most recently, I served as Head of Business AI at SAP UK&I, where I worked closely with organisations to shape their AI strategies and translate emerging capabilities into real business value. In this role, I helped clients in both public and private sectors move beyond experimentation and hype by identifying practical use cases, embedding AI into core business processes, and ensuring solutions were aligned with governance, ethics, and long-term adoption. In parallel, I led SAP’s AI go-to-market strategy in the UK&I market unit, achieving both an award for Market Unit of the year and 184% of sales target in 2025.

Don’t let my years at SAP mislead you: I am tech-agnostic; before joining SAP in 2020, I implemented Oracle solutions from design to Go-Live at a variety of large multinationals primarily in Finance and Procurement. I also managed the creation of new teams and new operating procedures that are still in use today. My deep business process knowledge coupled with a wide technology ecosystem experience and a consulting background make me a real asset to any business transformation project. Grounding the theory into real-world scenarios is where I excel.

My experience in AI has not only been shaped by years in the tech industry, but also by having completed Oxford University’s AI programme in 2024. I have hands-on experience with building entire workflows and applications via Microsoft Azure Studio and Claude Code and I have built my own Agentic AI framework (the G.R.A.C.E. framework) to ensure ethical and secure AI development, which in my opinion are key and sadly overlooked in AI development.

Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how digital and intelligent solutions succeed (and fail) depending on how well they consider people, ethics, and practical reality. That experience shapes everything I do today, from my customer engagements to my volunteering work. The "we" in "Who We Are" reflects the trusted professionals I collaborate with when needed—from developers and designers to CFOs and other specialists—allowing me to assemble the right expertise for each client's unique needs while remaining your primary point of contact.

NashMind Consulting Ltd exists to offer clear, impartial, and human-centred advice: cutting through hype to help organisations adopt technology in ways that genuinely work for their teams and their users as well as actually delivering tangible business value.
